I am highly disappointed with the attitude and behavior of the staff handling online sales for this brand. I placed an order for 4 polo shirts and 2 caps (Order No. 10021182382) with a total payment of Rs. 8,252/- to be made upon receipt of the items.
Later, I received a message claiming that the team had tried to contact me on my provided cell number, which is completely false — no one attempted to reach me. In fact, I was the one who called back using the numbers mentioned in the SMS. During the call, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an advance amount before dispatch, despite the website clearly stating that payment was to be made upon delivery. This demand was unprofessional and unethical, completely lacking in basic business practices.
Furthermore, the lady I spoke with around 1:30 PM on 28 April 2025 was extremely rude and discourteous, adding to the poor experience. Due to this unprofessional conduct, I had no choice but to cancel my order. I will now be purchasing from more reputable brands like Minnie Minors or Breakout instead.
This experience was a complete waste of several days and ended in utter disappointment. I deeply regret placing an order with Mamaslittle. The service was pathetic and unacceptable, and I strongly discourage others from buying from this online store.
